We have averaged out our weights and measures to provide you with a postage fee that is straight out upfront with no additional charges to pay and our service includes: signatory delivery, packaging and most importantly our dispatch to you includes insurance which is why our table is based by order value.

We ship in Australia with:

In very rare cases there is the odd product that may have a higher postage rate than that published in the table such as Engines or Transmissions we may carry on a special order in basis. However, out of all the products we stock there are literally only a couple of products where the table rate does not apply.

International Freight Charges:

Some items cannot be posted internationally as they are either too bulky or costly to post If this is the case we will contact you first to let you know and to see if it is ok to proceed. A majority of the items on our website will be ok.

If delivery is outside of Australia - for some countries your government may impose a customs levy or tax, we have no idea about these and if you will or will not get charged tax. You will need to investigate this before you order.

Most orders will be shipped via

Australia Post Airmail registered, EMS Express or TNT Express Couriers.

Refund and Returns

All goods are covered by a 12-month warranty for manufacturing faults/defects, unless otherwise specified.

A Return does not guarantee either a refund or replacement. A representative will then contact you after your returned item has been reviewed.

All goods returned must be suitably packaged. We cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged or lost in transit back to us.

Shipping costs for original purchases are non-refundable, regardless of reason for return.

REASONS FOR RETURN

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD

If you receive an item that has a manufacturing defect only upon arrival, or if it fails within the specified warranty period, please submit the Item as soon as the defect is identified.

Costs associated with the return of unwanted goods are the responsibility of the customer.

If a fault is not reported to us within the specified warranty period, we will not be responsible for refund or replacement of that item.

All items must be deemed faulty by a member of our service department to be covered by warranty. Once your item has been inspected, a representative will contact you. Faults caused by misuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty. If an item is found to be faulty for the above reasons, it will be returned to the customer and no replacement item will be given. If no fault is found, return of the product will be at the customer’s expense. If you do not choose to have the item returned and request a refund, a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all saleable returns.

RETURN OF WRONGLY RECEIVED GOODS

If you have received an incorrect item please contact the Company within 14 days of receipt of the item to organise an exchange.

After receipt of a Return and subsequent review, a Representative will contact you with details for the return to you of the exchanged goods.

RETURN OF GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you receive goods that have been damaged in transit and you have chosen not to insure your goods at the time of purchase, we can accept no responsibility for the loss. 

If you did insure your goods, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods to organise an exchange. After receipt of a Return and subsequent review, a Representative will contact you with relevant details for the return of the replacement goods.

Please note that replacements are not given for damaged packaging, only where the goods are damaged. All items must be deemed damaged by a member of our service department prior to replacement. Once your item has been inspected, a representative will contact you. If no damage is found, return of the product will be at the customer’s expense. If you do not choose to have the item exchanged and request a refund, a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all saleable returns.

RETURN OF UNWANTED GOODS

If you're not completely satisfied - for any reason and the goods have not been used or damaged by you – please return the goods in their original packaging and within 30 days from the date of purchase unopened and we'll refund your money. The cost of returning goods is at your expense unless we have sent you the incorrect goods. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all saleable returns. Please call us first to organise return.

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Wheels Within Wheels. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

  • Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the Invoice)
  • Your name and address
  • A description of the item you are returning
  • Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
