Our alternators are specifically designed to work with pulleys at low RPM so you can be certain that your alternator will charge throughout the RPM range. A lot of high amp alternators just shift the RPM range higher to get more power at the expense of low end charging. (Kind of like a really big cam)

Our alternators are assembled and tested in the USA with the highest quality components and guaranteed to get you home. We use high quality insulating materials to keep your alternator running at high amps. You don't want to trust the performance of your charging system to a cheap alternator from overseas. Note: If you are ordering a pulley kit or system at the same time as your order, please select "no pulley" as the pulley option and we will press the correct pulley onto the alternator for you. That way you won't have to install the press fit pulley yourself. If you are ordering only an alternator then you will need to select the correct pulley (we do not sell Chrysler alternators without pulleys). This alternator is a DIRECT replacement on 60' and up MOPAR vehicles, till approx 96', but can be used on earlier MOPAR vehicles with the simple addition of a spade connector that goes to the ignition and a spacer. It hooks up exactly as the OEM unit does. The voltage regulator is INTERNAL and only requires one wire to HOOK UP.  IT really adds to the look of your engine, not to mention the dramatic increase in charging power.

Will fit all Chrysler Small Block 273,381,340 & 360 Engines, all Early and Late Big Blocks and hundreds of other 4, 6 and V8 cylinder cars and trucks - really it's just every 53' to 90's Mopar made.... you name it and it will fit.
