This auction is for a brand new high performance racing HEI distributor with 65,000 volt coil and show polished aluminium housing. It is 100% new, not rebuilt. Includes all new cap, rotor, ignition module coil and vacuum advance.

It fits all 253 308 HOLDEN V8 engines.

Brand new in the box HEI electronic racing distributor with a 65,000 volt coil. This has 100% new parts.  Designed to meet the high demands of performance competition racing. These 100% new distributors have extremely reliable components including a high-power 65,000 volt coil. This high-performance distributor produces a 65,000 volt spark through 7,500 RPM with true spark alignment for instantaneous response, a high performance curve, a premium cap with brass terminals, and a low-saturation ignition module. Both have die-cast aluminium housings, polished to a brilliant billet-look appearance. The base advance is 24 degrees. The vacuum is 12 degrees for a total of 36 degrees at 3500rpm's. The advance curve starts at 800pm.This is a NEW CHEVY HEI Electronic distributor. These HEI Distributors are the perfect upgrade for non-computer controlled engines.
